Fulfilment Update!

Lots of lovely sweaters have been arriving at their new homes! The majority of packages have been sent (including those with dragon cardigans) and the remaining stock I have been waiting for has finally arrived so I shall get the last orders sent out next week. 

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a dispatch email from my online store. If you upgraded to tracked shipping this will also contain your tracking number. 

Shipping Times

These times are estimates, fingers crossed they all arrive in super quick time!

• UK packages should arrive in 1-3 business days, but please allow 2 weeks!

• EU packages should arrive in 3-5 working days, but please allow 12 weeks. Tracked EU packages have the same estimated shipping times, but you can see where your package is!

• International Standard - 6-7 working days, but please allow 12 weeks.

• International Tracked - 5-7 working days, but please allow 12 weeks.

Hi Gang!

A number of you have received your sweaters now, yey!! I'm still working on sending out the rewards, 

Frog Pins have not arrived yet - if your order contains one of these it will be on its way as soon as they hit HQ.

Dragon cardigans have arrived and will start going out asap too! I'm packing packages as fast as I can, but with only one pair of hands it takes some doing 🥰🥰

Huzzah. I have sent everyone whose order is ready to go a final notice to make sure your address is up to date on BackerKit - I'll start shipping sweaters next week!

Frogs are on their way to me! 

Yey! The knitted sweaters themselves are done an in transit to me. They will arrive next week! Pins are still in production, but will also be completed soon.

I'll start shipping sweaters once I have completed the QC - this shouldn't take too long. You will receive an email via my online store once yours has shipped! If you added tracked shipping to your pledge, you'll receive your tracking info with this email, otherwise all UK orders or those with standard shipping do not include tracking. I shall update again once they're all on their way!

Good news everyone!

Production is going well. I''m told the majority of the knitting is complete and it's now time to sew up all of the sweaters, woohoo! I haven't been given an ETA quite yet, but it's looking good that we should be able to hit the plan for them to arrive in April. 

You may well have heard about the issues Royal Mail has been having this year, turns out that the unforeseen plus of delaying the project by a couple of months will be that I'll actually be able to send international backers their sweaters! Always a bonus 😂
