We Made It! Plus Some FAQs

It may have taken nearly every hour available, but we reached goal, woohoo! Thank you so much for supporting everyone! All three sweater colours are unlocked. As I mentioned in the last update, the estimated completion date has been extended to April 2023.

As often happens with campaigns, there are a number of failed pledges! Please fix these as soon as possible, you only have one week to do this before your pledge is deleted.  

I'm already getting lots of message asking questions, so I'm going to answer them here in the hope that it makes everything nice and clear. 

FAQ

•  I pledged for pins, but these werent unlocked. What now? 

I will be using BackerKit for the surveys, which has the option to try and unlock stretch goals that weren't funded as part of the campaign. Your pledge will go through as credit to use towards these! You can also use this credit towards your shipping costs if you backed for a sweater as well. I am happy to refund your pin pledge too if you would prefer, please just send me a message.

• Can I add items from your store to my Kickstarter order?

No. I've done this in the past and it makes things difficult to manage. 

• When will surveys be sent?

Surveys will be sent after the funds have come through from Kickstarter! BackerKit advises not to send them before this.

ANNOUNCEMENT! ALL Colours Unlocked With First Goal!

Hello gang! I hope you’re all well and thank you SO MUCH!! for backing. This campaign hasn’t gone as well as I’d hoped but we are most of the way to the first goal. I appreciate not all of you have backed for the green sweater, so I have spoken to my manufacturer and we can unlock ALL colours if we delay production until the new year. With Christmas sweater season out of the way, they can offer me a much lower minimum order quantity thus making it more feasible to fund all three colours! The estimated delivery based on this would be April, but I think this is worth it to give you all your first choice of sweater colour.

All colours will now unlock once we meet the base funding goal!!

I need to do some maths to work out the remainder of the stretch goals, but the next one will unlock ALL mini pins, followed by the freebie pins for the second goal. 

Hopefully this exciting announcement is enough to pick up the momentum so we can reach goal! I shall also create a new add-on, so you can add more sweaters to an existing pledge 🥰
