Hi gang! It has been brought to my attention that the majority of charges could not go through - this is down to a BackerKit error, not you guys or the surveys. This is being fixed so I shall retry submitting those next week, if you have not had an email from BackerKit saying your charge has been attempted, this is why.

Surveys Locked!

Hi gang!
Apologies for the gap between updates - it has been longer than I realised and for that I'm truly sorry!
You should have received notice that your surveys are locked. This means you are no longer able to add any extra add-ons to your pledge but you will still be able to update your address! You can do this using your survey link but if you have any trouble check out the FAQ, there's also a contact option there if you need help.
Cards will be charged on Friday - this is to take payment for shipping and add-ons. You will receive an email once this has happened!
Stretch Goals that weren't funded will be deleted - this way you won't accidentally be charged for something which hasn't been funded for production.
As I mentioned in a previous update, production was delayed until now as my manufacturer could offer me a lower minimum order quantity after the festive busy season. This allowed me to unlock all of the colour variants with the base goal, hurray! The current estimated fulfillment date is April 2023 as long as production goes to plan - I will keep you updated if this changes.

There are lots of lovely add-ons available and I've set them all at discounted prices as an extra treat! I'm hoping to unlock the stretch goals we didn't hit with the campaign, and I've added blue dragon cardigans and frogly cardigans to the line up! How exciting.

Morning! I have been busying away behind the scenes prepping surveys for you all. They're a little more complicated than ones I have done in the past where there are add-ons that haven't been funded. I'm still ironing out some kinks, but I'm hoping to get these sent out to a small selection of you next week, with the remainder being sent in a couple of weeks!
I shall post an update once surveys are on their way, so do not worry if you have not received one yet.
In the meantime, just keep being your awesome self. You're great and I hope you have the best week 😎
